THE DESIGN PROCESS
how soon can we start?
Typically new projects are booked at least 2-3 weeks in advance. We support a select group of clients at once to provide you with the best kind of service and outcomes. Get in touch to find out the next available dates.
how long does it take?
A branding project usually takes around 3-4 weeks and websites can take 8-12 weeks. The timeline is also influenced by how many revisions are required, deadlines and whether feedback has been supplied in a timely manner.
Once we have a project in the works, it’s important to respond to emails within 48 hours to keep the project on track, otherwise your timeline can blow out or you may lose your place in the queue.
how does payment work?
Once we decide we’re a good fit, you’ll be issued a non-refundable commencement invoice via email. Just pay this to book in your project and secure your spot in the calendar.
The balance will be due at the final approval of design or at the project’s set end date. No final design files will be released until final payment is received. Payment plans are also available just ask!
what are up-front costs?
Often referred to as ‘cost to run’ these are costs that are involved with your project. They are external to the cost of our design services and non-negotiable as they bypass us and go straight into your project.
These can be the subscription to run your website or purchase of domains, photography licensing, fonts etc.
couldN’t i just use canva or fiver?
You could. Having said that, we have been doing this design thing for half a decade and are dedicated to providing an experience that we are qualified for. The transformation our clients experience by working with us goes beyond design and uses collaboration and experiences to evolve you and your business on a professional level.
can i change my mind?
Once you have paid your commencement invoice, you have 7 days from the day payment clears to change your mind. After this date, your commence fee is non-refundable.

Keyword enhanced copywrite is created from your feedback and knowledge of your industry. We utilise imagery, fonts and video from stock platforms OR a pre-organised content shoot and sort all relevant licensing for you.

IS SEO INCLUDED?
Our brand specific SEO strategies and concepts are included within our websites and we like to share tips and tricks in optimising your site for google search results without having to pay for ads.

Content is created by shooting onsite at an agreed upon location. We capture your business or product on a range of devices that is instantly downloadable and compatible with our editing process.
Dependant on requirement and budgets, we provide all RAW photo and footage for your own use and edit, OR we can create custom content for you based on an agreed upon quote.
